Required Information Before We Can Accept


Under Standard 5.20, the provider obtains information from both parents the following information before the intake process can begin:

(A) Copies of any protective order;
(B) Current court orders;
(C) Any Judicial Council form relating to supervised visitation orders;

(D) A report of written records of allegations of domestic violence or abuse; and
(E) An account of the child’s health needs if child has a chronic health condition.

– SUPERVISED VISITATION –

Supervised Visits

Intake

Nonrefundable $50/one-time fee *per parent.

The initial interview is and allows the parents to provide all the information required in order to satisfy court requirements and safety requirements for the child. All policies and procedures are reviewed so all parties are comfortable with the process. Each parent, as well as any other authorized persons allowed in the visitation are required to have an initial intake.

Orientation

Nonrefundable $50/one-time fee *per parent.

The purpose of the orientation is to go over the rules and guidelines for services and have you sign the contract or program service agreement including answering any additional questions or concerns you may have before we schedule your first visit or exchange with the child/ren. Information regarding the orientation will only be sent to you if we agree to accept your case. Remember we cannot provide services or schedule the supervised visit/exchange between you and your child until the intake and orientation processes has been completed by both parents and the child.


Supervised Visits

Starting at $100 per hour depending on complexity of case, number of children, location of visits – 2 hour minimum.

Discounts applied for any 5+ hour visit, and for military personnel and first responders!

$5/hr fee is applied for extra approved guests as additional documentation is required.

Holiday Visitation Fee $150/ Hour

Supervised visitation is when the non-custodial parent can visit with the child only when supervised by a visitation monitor. It is used to keep the child safe, while supporting the parent–child relationship.

*To meet your individual needs we accompany the parent and child(ren) in a wide variety of locations – from Office settings to community-based – provided the location is safe and secure, and agreed upon by all parties; locations may include parks, beaches, libraries, malls, museums, sport events, amusement parks, and more.

*Visit Payment must be made before the visit*

To accommodate these families and continue supporting our community, we are implementing a sliding scale fee structure when grant funds are available.

Supervised Exchanges

$100/per Hour Exchange for Pick-Ups and Drop Offs

We offer this service when there is a need for supervision of the safe transfer of the child from one parent to the other. Precautions are taken to ensure that the two parents or other individuals exchanging the child do not come into contact with one another.

No Contact Visits

$100/per Hour

We offer this service when between adults of the same family are required, we handle all scheduling from requests to confirmations and stagger arrival times to make sure parties are able to arrive and leave the area/facility without fear of confrontation or accusations.

Telephone/ Skype/ Zoom Visitation

$100/per hour – 1 hour minimum

Starting at $100 per hour depending on complexity of case, number of children, location of visits.

Incarceration / Hospital Visitation

$100/per Hour – 2 hour minimum

The monitor will safely accompany the child to visit an incarcerated or hospitalized parent.

Documentation and Reporting

Visitation Reports
A Report of each visit is documented for the client file. These contain a description of family interactions as observed by the Monitor—facts only, no opinions.

Summary Reports
Available Summary Reports consist of list of visitation dates, times, and locations only

COURSE CERTIFICATES

Certificates are provided consistent with the Course taken and issued by their course facilitator and approved by your course instructor. Documents are usually sent by email upon passing their exam, and others are provided on their last day of class, depending on the Course taken.

  • Passing Students receive a "Certificate of Achievement."

  • Non-passing students may receive a "Certificate of Completion" upon request following their completion of the exam.

  • Includes Case Manager.
